If DNDN is going to use a similar Cox model to analyze 9902B, is it a correct assumption that the P value threshold for significance will be lower than 0.05?

Do they get to correct for all variables that end up correlating strongly with survival in 9902B? Or do they get 5 only?

Why isn't every company using a multi-variate COX model to do every primary analysis for every controlled trial?
