I agree with that to some extent. Especially drug convictions.
Problem is with some whom are alcoholics no matter if you install the interlock devices or what ever measure they borrow another car or buy one or bypass the system and go drive again.
We have people in Washington State with 4 dwi's who go out and kill another person. They just don't get it.
