You missed the point of my question with your second response. I'm basing my question on a scenario that they have nothing, which at this point seems to be the case. So again, if they have nothing, what do they have to gain by dragging this out? It would seem the longer they drag this out, the more lies they have to invent, and this would only dig the hole deeper if they are truly being investigated. What is the end game by continuing this charade if they'll never actually produce a product? They're certainly not pumping the pps, rather they're driving it into the toilet, so what is their point in all of is? In a way, this is my way of saying perhaps the only logical scenario is that they are working on something but are just too incompetent to get it done.
