Marie... I'll bet you made it as well as my friend does.

There's one restaurant in town...actually it's a little hole in the wall Mexican joint...that serves the best Menudo in the area but they don't have it on the menu all the time. Just during special occasions when they know people get mucho barracho (sp). LOL

(Have to check with Carlos again on the spelling.)
