You can't tell me it isn't confusing and curious.

In November of 2011 they said that the kilns for #3 would be ready in a month. You point out that they were then delivered in May of 2012, but used on #1, which was determined to be "no longer suitable for use" .....a fact that wasn't revealed until August. On that same day and in that same document we were told "JBI currently, as of the date of this filing, operates two processors at its Niagara Falls, NY, facility (the “Niagara Falls Facility”)." And now you suggest that they were ready long before that but were held ransom for payment, something else we didn't know (I guess we still don't).

Last week we were told "The original target date for initial component delivery was August 2012. However, the kilns were not delivered until November 2012". Were they held for ransom as well? When did the company first realize that the #3 kilns which were scheduled to be ready in a month as of November 2011 weren't ready in December of 2011 and weren't going to be used on #3?
When were we first told regarding Processor #3 that "The original target date for initial component delivery was August 2012."?

In November we were told the same thing that we were told in August:
"JBI currently, as of the date of this filing, operates two processors at its Niagara Falls, NY, facility (the “Niagara Falls Facility”)."
The same document, a few pagers later, said:
"Currently, as of the filing of this report, we have one operational P2O processor and a second that is in start-up mode."
and then:
"Processor #1’s reconstruction and upgrade was completed during the fourth quarter of 2012 and currently is in start-up mode, however, we did not produce any fuel from processor #1 during the third quarter of 2012."

Then, in the 10-K filed last month, we found out that "Due to issues related to start-up and operations, Processor #1 did not produce any material amount of fuel during the fourth quarter of 2012."
What's Processor #1 doing today? Who knows, but we know what it WASN'T doing during the many months in which we were left with the impression that "JBI currently, as of the date of this filing, operates two processors at its Niagara Falls, NY, facility (the “Niagara Falls Facility”)." It wasn't operating. Let me guess: "That's old news. Who cares about Processor #1?"

Back to #3.
November 21, 2011"
"Catalyst towers, heavy fuel, naptha and natural gas towers for both of these new machines have already been constructed."

April 2, 2013:
"the towers you see here were delivered in March 2013."

It's hard to believe that my point isn't obvious:
The company's communications have been inconsistent when they haven't been unintelligible. That problem seems to have persisted into 2013. SOS.
