But never underestimate the feeding frenzy that will follow if we are granted a single source contract. A 100x multiple pre-split is very possible given the instant interest that will be generated. Keep in mind new buyers will factor in your scenario and then add in their perception of what could be when DragonFly, Easycheck and GlucoChip come on the market.
This is not your ordinary penny stock with ordinary products. A major government contract will place this stock on the board of every broker from cost to cost. When this happens the real pump will commence.
Perception will drive this stock to irrational highs and delivery of products as promised will sustain the PPS.

Fundamentals and penny stock, generally do not share the same sentence. This stock will explode on emotions based upon the perception of sort and long term facts. Once fully entrenched in a major market then fundamentals will be important.
