They have shifted the oil asset around to new shells in the past and left the old shareholders in the dust holding worthless shares, based on the records. See the initial filing for EGOH, and the old EGVR details, in 2008 (or 2007?) SEC filing IIRC.

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
