Is that .0007/share now? Is Dustin still running the 50% off deal?
You think that is a deal? Check this out, and it is true of ANDI past financials.
150 million shares under the old conversion rates (which is the report that reported the majority of the share position in question). If the 150,000,000 common share position was a fully converted Preferred B share position(which I believe it was) of 75,000 Preferred B shares (2000-1) from their original 375,00 common share position. Meaning they 375,000 common shares at the time of Dividend for Preferred B shares (for free), but they only paid for the 375,000 common shares. Get ready for this and it is a fact from ANDI financials.
If the 150 million common share position is indeed a conversion of Preferred B shares, the price they paid for the 150,000,000 common shares are broken down here....
PPS of .0014 $525
PPS of .005 $1,875
PPS of .01 $3,750
PPS of .05 $18,750
What is the current value of those shares?
$210,0000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh yeah plus the original 375,000 common shares.
Those Preferred Shares not a problem? That is only with 75,000 Preferred B shares converted. The CEO gave himself over 17 million of them!!!!!!!!!!!!! For Free. ----FACT
So the original investment of those 150,000 million shares at the current PPS of .0014.....................
$525 dollars at the Current PPS. That is a deal!!!!!
Wow Read that again objectively.
