I am saying that Engel cannot sell these machines configured to process LQMT alloys unless LQMT permits that sale. The machines are not initially designed / configured to process LQMT alloys. That particular aspect of the machine is protected by a joint patent application between Engel and LQMT. Correct me if I am wrong?

Edit: I may be wrong about the patent part. Maybe just proprietary between Engel and LQMT. I will try to find a reference for you today.
