Sure, they could seek out a private equity investment if the contracts don't materialize - or an exclusive use contract with some player in the Gas & Oil or Defense & Aerospace industries. The lack of cash - and Time - are the enemies of LQMT right now.
Bottom line: Management has a responsibility to the shareholders to sell if they can't turn a profit or land a new contract. A lot of you out there think I'm bashing LQMT but I'm not. In fact, the next 6 weeks are a great time to be invested in LQMT, since we know we can expect major sales news, be it of product or the company itself.
