The office is in Miami Lakes. On the south side of the highway (826) you are indeed in Hialeah.
Some confusion was created, in that Apple maps takes you to a Chinese emporium in North Miami Beach, East of the I-95, adjacent to Miami Lakes, Garmin GPS dated 2008 takes you to an empty lot, with a storage lot behind it.

If you call IR, they will actually return your calls, and I found them just as informative as Apple IR when I called them to discuss their pps drop.
