Actually as someone else mentioned they have an office condo , it is a fairly big complex, the previously mentioned companies in the complex are a fairly accurate description.
The office is in Miami Lakes. On the south side of the highway (826) you are indeed in Hialeah.
Some confusion was created, in that Apple maps takes you to a Chinese emporium in North Miami Beach, East of the I-95, adjacent to Miami Lakes, Garmin GPS dated 2008 takes you to an empty lot, with a storage lot behind it.

If you call IR, they will actually return your calls, and I found them just as informative as Apple IR when I called them to discuss their pps drop.
