I read the registration statement again that Nils Ollquist was indeed Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary until he resigned on March 20, 1999. He seems to be very fond of organizing the companies used for reverse merger or acquisition in the British Virgin Islands, Including BRNE's RM with Interich.
