Well FWIW, if that is all he has in his bag of new tricks, I and many others like me (some, including me, with patents going back to the 1990s, or even farther back for some) have been using micro-bubbles and electro-coagulation for decades now.

I have yet to see smoke and mirrors treat waste water, unless it was Solar evaporation using convex mirrors, or smoke from burning something to heat and evaporate waste water, LOL!!! In which case one could condense and distill the water? But there is nothing new about that either?

Google dissolved air floatation and electro-coagulation. Also Mazzie injectors.......

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
