Free Neb, its all based on my opinion and from past experience, thats all, please don't read into it that much. I have 1.44 million shares and I think GZFX is going much much higher. I am not trying to put any negative spin on this. I'm just looking at the situation and telling what i believe may be happening. ARCA and to a lesser extent VFIN(not recently)seem to have a large number of shares to sell. So i ASSUME its is due to the SB-2.
