I am looking at the link from the OTCBB and how can you be using this as evidence that just two of the MMs are dumping shares? I need a better explanation if its possible...

As for the 16M I say that it is naive to think the company isn't going to use it...Seems to me you have a negative bent here about the stock as if this massive dilution you claim has hurt the shareholders. I say the since the Oct move the stock has dramatically increased...
