GZFX will move dramatically higher once the dilution ends. Its obvious that the market makers VFIN and ARCA are the ones dumping shares for the SB-2. The SB-2 came out in late July and assuming the least diluted theory, 2.5 billion shares will hit the market in order to generate the 16 million dollars in financing for the company. If you look below, ARCA and VFIN dumped roughly 600 million shares in Sept and Oct 2005(assuming they were all sold for the SB-2). So that leaves roughly 1.9 billion shares to go. If you look below, I posted the volumes for the month of November which when totalled up is roughly 2.1 billion shares traded. Now there are all kinds of theories about double counting trades and other tricks the mm's use but I am going to say that ARCA and VFIN were probably responsible for roughly 700 million shares traded so far this month. So my very rough guess is that ~1.3 billion shares have been dumped by ARCA and VFIN. So we are half way finished. Hopefully we are more than half way done. But in the next week or two ARCA and VFIN will complete the SB-2 and then nothing will stop GZFX from flying high! Keep up the volume and lets eat through those SB-2 shares as fast as possible!
