LOL, if the note holders saw a future, they'd have taken a fixed price conversion, not a death spiral.
They make the same profit no matter what the price is, as long as there are buyers. They sell first, convert to cover next.
The only thing they're waiting for is newbies to come along and buy some shares. And it looks like it's going to be a long wait.
