KCG - It appears that this deal may have uncovered some unfavorable trading information.

Remember all of those invalid cusips Goldman Sachs rejected back in August 2012? You know, the ones NITE was attempting to send over to them as collateral?

Who is/was responsible for those invalid book entries?

Since everyone tends to use NITE in one way shape or form, it is possible hedge funds, including SAC, have left a trail of naked short selling that cannot be swept under the proverbial carpet.

Interesting times ahead for those manipulating the markets through KCG and for KCG for their alleged role in the process!
