**Important** beware of phishing scam Apex Clearing website

Our clearing firm, Apex Clearing Corporation (“Apex”) has an important notice regarding https://online.apexclearing.com.

Apex has just been made aware of a site with a similar URL to our online.apexclearing.com site, which we believe has been fraudulently created in an effort to capture client log-in credentials.

The URL of the fraudulent site is: -www.onlineapexclearing.com-
DO NOT ENTER ANY INFORMATION ON THIS FRAUDULENT SITE

Note that there is no ‘dot’ between ‘online’ and ‘apexclearing’ in the fraudulent address. The appearance of the site is very similar to the authentic online.apeclearing.com, and could easily be mistaken for the real thing.

Please remember that the authentic Apex site is a ‘secure’ site. You can confirm that a site is secure by ensuring that the URL begins with https (note the ‘s’ at the end), and that there is a lock icon displayed somewhere in the browser window (usually in the address bar) as shown below:

Apex is aggressively attempting to have this fraudulent site shut down.

We suggest that you bookmark the correct secure site in your browser for future use. The correct url is: https://online.apexclearing.com
