I would say that I was stating that I had verified everything that was of importance to me at that time... (but here is the kicker)... at "that time" was prior to the SEC suspension ...like over a year before it...I have not been supportive nor defending srge just like I said, and nothing you can did up will show that I have been

The remaining SRGE BOD could have voted on the sale and signed the necessary paperwork. I would venture to guess, no money changed hands for the "sale", rather the compensation for the "sale" would be MSJ shares to the remaining BOD
