No, that is a Fact! It happened on another stock I was following called SIOR. a couple of months ago. If a stock is not current on their filings and their license is expired like UNDR's. If they release news and the stocks PPS make a major move in UNDR's case it runs to .03 cents. The SEC will Halt it. UNDR's attorneys are aware of this, and that's why they know that they have to bring all the filings up to date first.
