Regardless of the fundamental debate, another issue is IBD momentum traders. It's currently IBD's #3 ranked stock under $10 and plenty of those traders couldn't care less about fundamentals. That makes it risky, but significant overvaluation is a distinct possibility. Some of those stocks have gone through the roof.
