Again, I think you misread it. The short seller grants the assumption that the CEO will win the very thing you are falsely claiming the short seller denies. The problem, the short seller believes, is that merely replacing the business is not enough to keep the stock from falling.

There's another multi-bagger opportunity with GV on the puts side.
