read the filings - they have about 2.4 million in convertible debt which is convertible at about 50% of the bid price but lets use .0001 as the conversion price
that works out to 24 billion shares so that gives you an idea about how much dilution will be taking place - i know if i were a debt holder and could convert and make an instant 50% profit i'd be converting all day
also makes the recent increase in authorized shares from 3 to 13 billion seem like a mere drop in the bucket - of course since all you longs have no say in what management does in terms of share structure you're basically screwed since they control the majority of the stock, they'll just either RS or increase AS as needed
but you all just keep bitching about the MM and how they won't move their price up - why should they when they have orders to sell enormous amounts of converted debt at .0002
