A poster on IHUB posted a link to a webstie that tracks FDA status of applicants. It is showing that BMSN now has ind approval.

the site is biocentury and look under products for hemaxellerate.

While I have concerns about the company I do not think it's a scam. There are some very well respected medical researchers/doctors associated with it. All it needs is a source of funding and hopefully that will come from a big pharma that sees the huge potential in stem cell therapy.
