BMSN DID NOT get FDA approval. What it got was a number for the submission for IND. That's why it sold off. All the hype was for nothing as the FDA wants MORE info from the company before giving IND clearance. Management was SHIFTY in not just coming out and saying that. Instead, some crafty Press release was sent out and people initially thought it was an approval but careful reading of the pr shed light on the fact the company was asked for more info.

Until this company comes clean and actually explains what is going on, it will continue to drift lower than whale s*erm.

WE all better hope this POS stock comes out with clear and concise good news.
