Except that the facts tell you the vast majority of fully reporting companies are not frauds. While, on the other hand, the vast majority of non-SEC reporting companies ARE frauds or pump and dumps. Legitimate companies register and are fully reporting to the SEC. Those companies that are not legitimate don't.

Play the odds - don't invest in non-reporting companies. And, the other benefit of fully reporting companies is they provide investors with the information they need to determine if the companies is a fraud or pump and dump. If you read and understand SEC filings and financial reports, even a quick read will allow you to flag the BS in the fully reporting companies almost every single time. Something that is impossible to do with companies that don't report.
