PR from BGL on their legal actions is further verified by their auditors allowing Cinco to remain on BGL's books.
Add to that the BGL's audited financials and PR's are reviewed by a real exchange (the TSX) and by a real securities commission (ASE).

SRGE ... Suspended ... on the Grey Sheets ... being investigated for securities fraud.
