Nope..I don't see that. I find it interesting that BGL are being portrayed as an injured party in all this. They apparently did not fulfill their contractual obligations in their 60% JV with MSJ. They are also supposedly implicated in money laundering and other criminal charges in Mexico. MSJ are Mexican. My money is on them winning and SRGE's powerful Mexican businessmen and politicians being on the winning side. Next.
