Nope, not a lie. The key phrase being "back in the day."

Just checked this easy one out and you lied. Unrated, no reported activity to place a rating.

Don't forget to include, "no reported activity in the last 3 years." Maybe the F rating had to do with "misconduct in the practice of general contracting" with a judgement rendered in June 2008. Check Page 7:
