If you are having issues clearing your stock, we are very interested in speaking with you!

Our Investment Fund focuses on direct investments in publicly-traded companies that have a track record of trading. We can buy a Block of Stock, aged-debt or invoices from your clients in order to give them a cash-infusion and clear their books, etc. If the company is currently non-reporting, we can direct fund them via a 504 up to a million dollars a year. We are an Accredited Investor domiciled in the State of Delaware which allows 504 financing.

We will fund within 24 hours of receipt of cert or DWAC no matter the current share price.

We can fund your referred companies who could use financing on an ongoing basis. We can provide up to $500,000 a month and up to $5 million a year.

We will fund stocks on any international exchange as well as long as there is existing liquidity that meets our parameters.

Our process takes approximately one week for Due Diligence and no up-front fees.

We can also clear certs for stocks that trade under .01 as well. If you have issues clearing any priced certs, we can buy them from you.

We can buy a pool of aged-debt or negotiate smaller deals to begin with.

FYI: We do not short stocks, period. Our goal is to fund liquid companies on an ongoing basis. Our discount is based upon a 20-day look-back period.

Note: We only fund liquid publicly-traded companies directly from our Investment Fund. We do not shop deals.
