B2L, I had forgotten about RR. I've been looking for DOJ info about qualifications for restitution. As I recall it was tied to shares bought? after the March 2005 PR about profits.
There was also a date by which shareholders needed to have owned their shares.

I'm interested to know how the shares had to have been acuired. Bought. received for services being paid in shares for something like Global Oil Tools.

Lyamec claimed to have bought a lot of shares @ .50.

I have a distinct feeling we are going to wind up in court for years.
