XOMA is one of the few green names on my watch-list today and is +40% since I bought it on 12/31/12 (#msg-82928612).

Nevertheless, I’m not sure I agree with XOMA's decision to bulk of management by hiring a (presumably high-salaried) executive for the new position of CCO (#msg-85810796) given that XOMA’s own projection for 2013 cash burn (#msg-85601112, #msg-85603584) doesn’t leave a large comfort margin.
