That's why I said it depends how you look at it in response to colleens statement of future value.

You make a good point. Future share price was probably not taken into account in the settlement. The proposed settlement was probably put on the table in January when share price was between .001-.002 and value at that time would have been more in line with the $125k.

I'm just speculating.
