moxa, a report was sent to me on the myths of molten steel @ WTC. First let's establish just what molten steel is. It is steel in a liquid form.

A conclusion of the report is that many people tok metal that was red, to be molten . For instance there is a widely circulated "eye witneess" report that he saw a molten steel beam being pulled from the debris. A "molten steel" beam can't be pulled anywhere.

A widely circulated picture of an excavator picking up a glob of red stuff (not molten) from a debris pile, is suspected to be fake. The stuff the excavator is picking up isn't in the bucket. Excavator buckets have an attachment called a "thumb" The thumb enables them to pick up objects. truely molten steel can't be picked up. Plus there is material in the pile that appears to be combustible. If a glob of glowing red metal was plucked out of the pile, it would be on fire. It wasn't.

There are accounts attributed to two qualified men saying they witnessed molten steel at the site. One was with the NY Port Authority and the oither was a demo expert he consuled with. On direct questioning, both denied actually seeing molten metal. Both said they were relating what others had said to them.

As far as the "days and weeks"" after stuff. I lived in Washington State back when it was legal to burn timber slash piles. After the slash pile appeared to have burned out, the timber company would doze it down to work he resulting nutrients into the surrounding soil. Often the core of the pile would still be composed of llive coals. The same principle as "banking" coals in a fire place.

FWIW,I'm not trying to win over any of you Truthers. However there are people out there that may have open minds. Those are the people I'm "talking" to.
