Why would any SRGE shares owned by Alfonso Navarro and Alejandro Garcia be "moved into MSJ?"

How would such a thing benefit SRGE shareholders?

If MSJ is going to go public, why would they wait until after selling CM/GC to a senior miner?

How would MSJ becoming public benefit SRGE shareholders?

How does this all of this square with the new rumor that there is going to be a huge liquidating dividend?
