We should get all of the fines paid by GGI. As I recall, that is $1.2 - $1.6 mm. I think we are in line for some of the fines paid by the Useltons. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that Lois Newman paid a fine to avoid procecution. She was instermental in the scam.
I wonder if Ed Leonard got away still holding his CPA license?
I don't know how Nick Jarvis' assets shrunk from ~$ 2.2 mm to $1 mm. I forget the word she used, but Kesha said they were liquidating a million in assets. I didn't ask for clarification.
I don't see a lot of chance to get much from the crooks after they get out of prison. Dial has shown that he knows how to hide assets. I don't believe theasshole is broke. If so, he's a stupid asshole.
Kesha'sdemeanor had changed from my last couple of contacts. Probably getting calls from POd claimants.
My fear remains that some of those who's clains are denied will hire lawyers. If they do, we are looking at years,IMO.
Nick was said to be the only one of the crooks with any assets. If so, I don't know why he ispaying lawyers to minimize restitution. Far more is owed than the announced amount of his assets.
The only possibility I can think of is that some of the near insiders, that I mentioned yeaterday, have very large claims. 3 or 4 of them could make up the bulk of the $7 mm in claims.
I hope a better interigator than I, will talk to Kesha and report back here.
