It seems at the last second of the day someone is marking the stock by taking the offer at the very last trade of the day. I've seen this repeatedly and you can watch for it today and others. The next am the stock opens back lower. It's an extremely weak thing to do as it only gives their overnight statement a cosmetic boost. If this is what's going on with the management then their needs to be a change as it lacks integrity. When is the shareholder meeting?
