I apologize for my sarcasm that anyone may have misread. You have nicely put into words many of my thoughts. It just seems some may think purchasing a producing mine is the same thing as purchasing profits. All we will get from that deal short term is; a permitted mine, debt, and some cash flow that will very likely at first be negative for quite some time.

Since to my knowledge no one posting here has seen or analyzed the current mine owner's proven resource, production numbers, or profit-loss statements, I don't understand why believing we are missing out on this "deal" could be an enlightened conclusion to arrive at.
