Not that many months ago, we were all content to dream of Canarc's striking a deal solely on New Polaris. And that would've been--and still probably would be--enough to sustain the company to a point where, with additional debt or funding, actual productivity and profitability would be within reasonable grasp.

Then, suddenly, we were aware of something in Quebec that was more immediately gratifying, and that became the focus of everyone's thoughts. We saw something shiny, and it captured our attention.

They're both great opportunities. Granted, it would be nice to generate revenues this year, but I think that just an announcement of a deal on advancing NP toward production would be enough to give the share price a serious goose.

Either way, I think Brad is well-invested enough in Canarc that whatever he does, we as investors will be happy about it...whenever he's able to make it happen.
