To what conclusion of mine are you referring? I did not act as though all of China is one customer. I was specifically referring the party who signed the exclusivity agreements. What about the rest of the world? So far, we don't know anything other then the SOE because Scott as he tends to do is not being transparent. I do know that Scott has not obtained financing from the Chinese or anyone else in the world.
