How you draw that conclusion is unknown. You act like all of China is one customer. That isn't remotely the case.

If demand starts out stripping supply who do you think will get the Niobium? Those who ponied up the 4 billion or all of China?

What about the rest of the world?

It's pretty clear that it makes sense to diversify suppliers and CBMM may not have capacity to be the only supplier down the road.

So will new supply be added or will it come from expansion by the other 3 producers?

A lot would depend on production costs for those already mining and access to capital for those who wish to become miners.
