"Psych guys" is his term for people who put up a fake wall. IMO nobody is dumb enough to think he can sell a million share block when the daily volume won't support it. Anyone who knows trading knows they can't put it all up in one big block or it will discourage buying altogether. They put up a fake wall to psych people into selling cheap. That's a ploy used to cover shorts as well as to accumulate.

I'm sure you know this but I think that's what he meant...fake wall.
