If you actually read my post I DID NOT Say that "Nothing was going to Happen"!

Here is what I did say;

I said, the idea of the SEC charging them with Criminal Activity is "Wishful Thinking", that in no way means NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN, but rather that the ODDS ARE AGAINST IT. And even though it MIGHT Happen, I have seen companies get away with MUCH WORSE Than this.
