Not quite. The reason why they don't brake a law is because it's called a medical condition as well as doctors medical evaluation.
How is a patient braking a law if he's give a prescription to use a vicodin by his physician? I don't think he is and same applies to mmj patients otherwise the 75-80yo patients with leukemia that come to our stores because their hospital referred to mmj would be imprisoned.

As far as the firearms go. Take it from a mmj patient with an arsenal of his own.. My weapons have never been compromised or touched. That's just a myth and completely irrelevant!
