If the case goes to criminal court
That's a nice thought, but I believe it's only wishful thinking here, I have seen companies, CEO's, BOD's, ect. Get away with much worse than this and watched the SEC sit on their hands and do nothing. The major problem is that the Pink sheets are still considered "Unregulated" by the SEC, I mean sure there are rules in place that companies have to follow, and Blatant Criminal conduct gets attention, but what this company is doing is in that "Grey area" that the SEC turns a blind eye to much of it simply because so many companies do it and the SEC is so understaffed to do anything about it, and the CEO & BOD's know it. Sure the SEC does go after some of it but only when it usually involves lot's of money and lot's of shareholders, RTGV is small time in comparison to Pink sheet companies that I have actually seen the SEC go after.
