so being of a material event we can assume that a release will be made in the upcoming days of next week or the 'belief' would be an inaccurate one. Unless of course you believe that they have the approval and will violate federal law by denying investors knowledge of said approval.

Please be specific now on how you see this unfold as it is best to understand what excuses will be manufactured if no news is out next week regarding the IND approval.

1. will a PR be released next week identifying approval and thus substantiating the call's contents to some degree or...
2. will no PR be made public and thus refute any and all claims that approval has been received?
