This is what I have been saying! Not only that if you look at the INITIAL PR of the CC announcement, it clearly says. That the pilot program will terminate Jan. 15th. Thereafter UNLESS GIVEN 30 DAYS NOTICE IS GIVEN TO THE CONTRARTY, the national program will commence under the same terms and conditions as the pilot.

Right there in the 8k, take what you will from it, but to me that says unless sells are horrendous are its just not working out, then the rollout what happen. But from what we're hearing things are going at the very least OK, so I don't see why this rollout wouldn't be happening, in fact to me from reading the 8K, it's always been a given.
