From the sound of the wallst.net CEO interveiw the CC deal is set in store. If CC approached JF with the request to roll out nation wide sooner than planned then what I take from that is CC has already decided to move forward with the expansion. I also think that JF wants a controlled expansion until the bugs are worked out (shipping, website, etc) and the new DCs/acquisitions are done.... then we can start the regular season games instead of playing the "preseason" tune ups. I really think that it is a done deal.
